By accessing or using Receipt Bundler's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Receipt Bundler provides automated receipt processing and expense management services. Our service allows businesses to:
- Submit receipts via email
- Automatically extract and organize receipt data using OCR
- Generate monthly expense reports and CSV exports
- Manage team member access and permissions
3. User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Submit fraudulent or misleading receipts
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data, including receipts and expense information. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Receipt Bundler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
